Introduction of Class 1 Group Certificates

Functionality has been added to the FirstRate5 website to allow users to produce Class 1 group certificates. When producing a group certificate, users will now need to select the appropriate dwelling type when entering the dwelling details (i.e. Class 1 or Class 2).

The Class 1 group certificates displays the minimum star rating of all dwellings listed on the certificate. This is different to the Class 2 group certificate, which displays the average rating.
