Sustainability Victoria has decided to discontinue the sale by tender of FirstRate5. The tender process for the sale of FirstRate5 was initiated by SV in May 2015. That process has now been discontinued with the software to be retained in Victorian Government ownership.

Retaining the FirstRate5 software supports the Victorian Government’s policy objectives to improve the energy efficiency of buildings.  FirstRate5 also supports the Victorian Government’s broader policy objectives under the Saving Energy, Growing Jobs initiative and the development of Victorian Government’s Energy Efficiency and Productivity Strategy.

The Victorian Government will continue to operate FirstRate5 and maintain current service levels.
