Sustainability Victoria (SV) has identified a software bug in FirstRate5 v5.2.10 (3.13) related to the Raked Wall Helper. SV is currently investigating the software bug and will release a bug fix version of FR5 v5.2.10 (3.13) in the coming days.

In the meantime, users can continue to use FR5 v5.2.10 (3.1.3) to create project files as long as they do NOT use the Raked Wall Helper.

Any saved project files created in FR5 v5.2.10 (3.13) that have used the Raked Wall Helper should be carefully reviewed for errors.

The software bug is triggered when walls are multi-selected on the Plan tab or Zoning tab and the Raked Wall Helper is opened. FR5 v5.2.10 (3.13) is deleting/moving areas and walls after a project file is saved and reopened. Any errors should be clearly visible by reviewing the as drawn information displayed on the Plan tab.
